2. Buyer (consumer) information
The buyer is the user registered on the Munhal platform who initiates the payment flow. Buyer details consist of the name, email and billing address provided at registration.
3. Subject of the agreement
The subject of this agreement is the payment and delivery of an AI credit package (digital content / digital service) purchased by the buyer on the Munhal platform, including the rights and obligations of both parties.
The AI credit package is a virtual credit unit purchased to access AI-powered features on Munhal (CV summary, CV enhancement, CV optimization, cover letter, job-writing assistant, application analysis, interview questions etc.). Credit packages are digital content in nature.
4. Product features and total price
The package type purchased, credit amount (base credits + bonus credits if any), unit price and VAT-inclusive total are shown on the checkout page and on the receipt emailed after payment confirmation.
Munhal credit packages are priced in USD and converted to Turkish Lira at the prevailing rate at the moment of payment. Invoices / e-Archive invoices are issued in accordance with tax legislation.
5. Payment methods
The buyer may choose one of the following at checkout:
- Credit / debit card (iyzico): 3D Secure protected, instant payment.
- Bank transfer / wire (EFT): Manual transfer with a unique 48-hour reference code; credit is loaded after the transfer is verified.
Card data is not stored on Munhal systems; it is processed by the PCI-DSS compliant iyzico infrastructure.
6. Delivery
AI credit packages are digital content and are credited to the buyer’s Munhal account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. There is no separate physical delivery process.
For bank-transfer payments, the credit is added once the transfer reaches the Munhal bank account and operator approval is completed (usually within the same business day).
7. Right of withdrawal (TKHK Article 48)
Pursuant to Article 48 of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.
Exceptions where the right of withdrawal does not apply:
- For digital content delivered instantly in electronic form (credit package), the buyer loses the right of withdrawal once the digital content has started to be used (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15/ğ). “Use” means spending any portion of the purchased credit on a Munhal AI feature.
- For partially used credit packages, the unused remaining credit is refunded proportionally (Munhal policy, beyond legal obligation).
Exercising the right: The buyer may exercise this right by sending a written notice to [email protected] or by using the “Request refund” button on /isveren/kredi. The refund process starts within 14 days of the withdrawal notice reaching the seller.
8. Refund procedure
The amount to be refunded under the right of withdrawal is returned via the same payment channel used at purchase:
- iyzico card payments: Automatic refund — reflected on the buyer’s account within 3-10 business days depending on the issuing bank.
- Bank transfer payments: Manual transfer to the IBAN provided by the buyer — within 1-3 business days.
The refund amount is calculated proportionally based on credit usage. Details: Delivery & refund page.
9. Liability and warranty
Munhal is responsible for crediting the AI credit package to the buyer’s account as agreed. The quality of AI outputs depends on model behavior and is not guaranteed to produce any specific result. AI-generated content should be verified by the buyer before use.
10. Dispute resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, the buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (within monetary limits) at their place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place, or to the Consumer Court.
Consumer Arbitration Committee monetary limits are updated annually by the Ministry of Trade.
11. Effective date
This agreement becomes effective when the buyer completes the payment flow and confirms “I accept and approve the payment”. The effective date is the payment confirmation date.
