We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and versatile tradesman to undertake comprehensive renovation and extension works on a residential property in Bellapais, and subsequently work on our construction, steel construction, and workshop operations.
All work will be supervised by a construction engineer; technical specifications, implementation methods, and materials will be determined and provided by the employer.
Works to be Performed
Removal of existing floor coverings, demolition of walls and floors • Opening doorways and passage openings in walls • Assistance with reinforcement of masonry walls using steel profiles • Steel construction assembly and connection works • Removal and reinstallation of roof tiles • Waterproofing and thermal insulation applications • External facade cladding, plastering, and complementary construction works • Measuring, cutting, drilling, assembly, and material preparation • Support for metal and wood workshop operations as needed
